How do I make a return?

To initiate a return for store credit or an exchange, the first step involves obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please reach out to us at hello@materiehome.com, including your order number and detailing the item(s) you wish to return. You will then receive a reply containing your unique RMA number. Please ensure this number is prominently displayed in the address field of your return package. This RMA number is crucial for the meticulous tracking and handling of your returned goods. We ask that you hold off on returning any product(s) until you have your RMA number, ensuring a smooth and harmonious process.
